Samantha’s passion for real estate began with personal investments, purchasing multiple properties and managing rentals. Originally from South Jersey, she now lives in Philadelphia and is licensed in both PA and NJ.

With a Finance degree from Rutgers University and a Masters in Data Analytics from The Georgia Institute of Technology, Samantha brings a detailed data-driven approach to help clients navigate the market confidently. She began her career in Management Consulting at Deloitte, working with Fortune 500 executives, which has sharpened her skills in providing expert client services and managing fast-paced, time-sensitive real estate transactions.

What further sets Samantha apart is her empathetic approach. She understands that buying or selling a home can be deeply personal and strives to make her clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the process. Her positive outlook ensures a smoother and more enjoyable experience.

In her free time, Samantha enjoys traveling with her family, tackling DIY projects, watching the Flyers, and spending summers in Margate City, NJ! She loves to host and is always eager to share stories and listen to others' experiences.
